For #drawtober I’ll be making little 5x5cm drawings where the drawing fills all or most of the space. The goal in the end would be to have 31 little square drawings that I can display next to each other like little intricate tiles.

@rek love this idea. have you ever illustrated a calendar in this fashion? i'm reminded of some of the amazing old Dutch calendars, such as this one by Theo Nieuwenhuis
@leaflitter never, would be great tho. What im doing is not as nice as that (not a very unified vision ^^;)
@rek hey it'll still kind of be an October 'calendar' in its own right just by way of being a month-long challenge heheh

Kinda want to do something low-pressure, just fill 1 square a day, drawing what comes to mind kind of thing ^^... the kind of drawing i might do while chatting on the phone.
@rek yeah i get this so much, i used to put quite a lot of pressure on myself to do elaborate drawings for inktober, I'm doing tiny things too this year and setting an intention of just playing with it 😊 looking forward to see all the tiles, kinda reminds me of medieval tiles!
