Say hello to AI surveillance! 🫣 #Meta will start tracking its employees for AI training.
In the US, the Tech Giant will track employees' clicks, typing, & navigation with the aims to build #AI that can do routine tasks autonomously.
For us, this sounds like a dystopian workplace!

@Tutanota I'd turn in my two weeks, and spend those last few days being _wildly_ inconsistent.
@Tutanota it could be that the attempt to replace the workforce with LLMs had failed, and now they are trying a different approach 🤔

@Tutanota I couldn't be gladder that I'm a freelancer than when I look at what companies make employees do. I get to choose my own software and nobody can force me to use an LLM.
But it sucks that anyone working a corporate job is unlikely to be so lucky 😠
@Tutanota The fact that they are forcing the workers to allow ai to train on their work, well knowing that they will be replaced by such ai, is so cruel...

and lastly in a few decades if it'll go this way
You WILL be enslaved.
Dynamic Algorithms (AI) is a neutral technology with currently unsustainable infrastructure, that can be misused/abused (as anything).
And a lot are trying to abuse it.
